Sabby Gill

Chief Executive Officer Dext

Sabby was appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Dext in October 2022 and has more than 35 years’ experience in the technology sector, spanning sales, operations, development, support and customer service. He has spent his career supporting businesses of all sizes with technology that looks to unlock their potential—both at home and in international markets.

Prior to joining Dext, Sabby was the CEO of Thomas International, which is a leading talent assessment and psychometric provider. He was the UK & Ireland Managing Director of Sage prior to working to Thomas International and has worked in senior executive leadership roles for various companies such as Epicor, CA Technologies, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).

Sabby is currently serving on the CBI Tech Council and is also a member of the UK’s Digital Economy Council with Secretary of State, and Chair at Digital Leaders Advisory Board.

Nattika Munro

Head of Accounting Practice - APAC Dext

Nattika, is a self-confessed ‘Millennial’. Nattika’s passion lies in providing Partners with market relevant technology and digital transformation advice. Backed by over 10 years’ experience as a commercial accounting professional, she bridges the gap between accounting, technology implementations and change management.

Prior to joining Dext, Nattika has assisted clients by providing CFO advisory services across a range of industries, specialising in digital transformation and cloud implementations. She loves to share her expertise and passion for everything digital and has valuable experience in forecasting, financial and management reporting, implementing internal control procedures, resulting in substantial business efficiencies.

Glenn Castle

Regional Accounting & Product Expert Dext

Glenn is a Chartered Accountant who has spent over 20 years in the Tax and Accounting space. 5 years in Practice, before making the move into technology where he has spent the past 15 years implementing software into accounting practices of all sizes and as a product manager. Glenn has looked after the design and development of various accounting software solutions and enjoys solving problems through the use of technology.
