Offer – Complete a Dext product demonstration and receive a $50 Visa gift card

During October 2022 Dext Canada Limited (Dext) is offering a $50 Visa gift card to qualifying participants (the Promotion) that complete a demonstration of the Dext platform and products given by a Dext representative (Demonstration).  By registering your interest in a Demonstration, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

  1. The Promotion is open only to professional accountancy and bookkeeping service providers located in Canada which:
    1. are not an existing or former client or customer of Dext or any member of its corporate group;
    2. register for a Demonstration by October 31, 2022 and complete that Demonstration by November 10, 2022.
    3. have not previously completed a Demonstration; and
    4. are not part of a professional accountancy and bookkeeping network, association or franchise group with a regional or global presence, 

each, an Eligible Participant. 

  1. To be eligible for the Promotion each Eligible Participant must: 
    1. click on the on the following link: https://info.dext.com/ca-accounting-tech-racb
    2.  and follow the prompts to register for a Demonstration; and  
    3. complete a Demonstration, which shall include (but not be limited to) attending a telephone or video call with a Dext representative during which the representative will provide a detailed demonstration of the Dext online platform and its capabilities and product lines.  
  2. The Promotion will be dispatched within 90 days from date upon which the Eligible Participant completes a Demonstration. 
  3. The Promotion is only available to the first 50 Eligible Participants to complete a Demonstration (Promotion Cap), subject to increase or decrease at Dext’s sole discretion.  Dext shall notify participants in the Demonstration once the Promotion Cap is reached.
  4. The Promotion is available between October 15 and October 31, 2022 (inclusive).  The Promotion will not apply to any registration for a Demonstration completed after October 31, 2022.
  5. This Promotion is subject to additional terms and conditions that apply and govern the usage of the Dext products.  By opting to register for the Promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions https://dext.com/ca/terms-and-conditions  (the Standard Software Terms).     
  6. If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions of these terms and conditions and the provisions of the Standard Software Terms, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  7. The Promotion is limited to one entry per Eligible Participant.  Multiple applications by an Eligible Participant will not be accepted and may lead to the disqualification of that Eligible Participant from the Promotion.
  8. Dext accepts no responsibility for registrations or Demonstrations not successfully completed due to a technical fault (including but not limited to, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind.
  9. The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  10. Dext reserves the right to: 
    1. disqualify an Eligible Participant from the Promotion if its conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
    2. disqualify an Eligible Participant from the Promotion in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or the Standard Software Terms by an Eligible Participant.
    3. hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  11. The decision of Dext regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
  12. Dext reserves the right to substitute the Promotion with a voucher or other prize of equivalent value. Any substitution may be subject to third party the terms and conditions.
  13. The virtual Visa card will be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the supplier.
  14. Insofar as is permitted by law, Dext, its subsidiaries and each of its and their respective employees officers or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Eligible Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion.  
  15. Dext reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Participant.  Dext may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying any application made in in connection with the Promotion.  Dext reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Participant if it fails to comply with Dext’s verification requirements.

  17. The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
