Referral Program – Give a month free, Get a month free with Dext 

A Partner may participate in the Dext “Referral Program”, whereby if a Partner successfully refers another accountancy firm or other entity with at least 2 professional accountants or bookkeepers (the “Referred Participant”): 

(a) that Partner will receive a refund in an amount up to the value of the last instalment of their Dext Prepare subscription fees (subject to the cap in Section 5 below) (the “Partner Reward”); and 

(b) that Referred Participant will receive a refund in an amount up to the value of the first instalment of their annual Dext Prepare subscription fees (subject to the cap in Section 6 below) (the “Referred Participant Reward”). 

 

The Referral Program is subject to the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). By participating in the Referral Program, each Partner and Referred Participant agrees to the Terms as follows: 

1. The Referral Program is open only to Partners and Referred Participants located in and legal residents of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or France. 

2. To make a referral, the Partner must: 

(a) provide the contact information of the Referred Participant as required by Dext; or 

(b) share a unique link with the Referred Participant, so that they can provide their details directly to Dext. The unique link is available on the Orange Select Referral page or the Dext Web application. 

Once the contact details have been provided to Dext, Dext will verify the information and decide (in its absolute discretion) whether the firm referred by the Partner qualifies as a Referred Participant for the purposes of the Referral Program. Dext may require additional information in order to verify an application made in connection with the Referral Program. 

3. The Referred Participant must not have been referred as part of the Referral Programme or any other promotional programme before, and must sign up to a 12-month subscription plan for Dext Prepare in order for (a) the Partner to receive the Partner Reward, and (b) the Referred Participant to receive the Referred Participant Reward. 

4. Subject to Sections 5 and 6 below, the Partner Reward and Referred Participant Reward shall be received by the Partner and the Referred Participant, respectively, following the payment by the Referred Participant of its first instalment of its Dext Prepare subscription fees. Dext shall make the payments into the relevant bank account linked to the Dext subscription. Dext shall use reasonable endeavours to process such refunds within 6 weeks of the referral being verified by
Dext.

5. There is no limit on the number of Referred Participants each Partner can refer to Dext as part of the Referral Program, but the maximum value of each Partner Reward shall be capped at £500 (or an equivalent amount in another currency set at the following: 11,100 ZAR, €550, $600 USD, $850 CAD, $890 AUD). 

6. The maximum value of each Referred Participant Reward shall be capped at £500 (or an equivalent amount in another currency set at the following: 11,100 ZAR, €550, $600 USD, $850 CAD, $890 AUD). 

7. The Partner shall not be eligible to receive the Partner Reward in relation to any potential Referred Participant if the Partner submits (a) the details of an entity which is already a Partner of Dext, (b) the details on an entity more than once, or (c) the details of an entity that does not qualify as a Referred Participant. 

8. Dext reserves the right to: 

(a) disqualify a Partner from the Referral Program if its conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Referral Program. 

(b) disqualify a Partner from the Referral Program in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions by a Partner; 

(c) hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Referral Program at any time, or where it becomes necessary to do so; and 

(d) verify the eligibility of any Partner or Referred Participant and disqualify a Partner if it or an entity that it has referred fails to comply with Dext’s verification requirements. 

9. The Referral Program shall continue indefinitely until Dext decides to amend or withdraw Referral Program. 

10. Dext accepts no responsibility for registrations not successfully completed due to a technical fault (including but not limited to, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind. 

11. The Referral Program is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No person under the age of 18 may participate in the Referral Program. 

12. The decision of Dext regarding any aspect of the Referral Program is final and binding. 

13. This Referral Program is subject to the general terms and conditions that apply and govern the usage of the Dext products found at https://www.dext.com/terms-and-conditions (the “Standard Software Terms”). Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in these Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Standard Software Terms, and if there is an inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Standard Software Terms, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 

14. Insofar as is permitted by law, Dext, its affiliates and each of its and their respective employees, officers or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Partner or Referred Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Referral Program unless otherwise agreed in the Standard Software Terms. 

15. Dext will only process personal information collected or received in connection with the Referral Program as set out in its Privacy Policy, which is available on by clicking the following link https://www.dext.com/privacy-policy/ 

16. The Referral Program is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
