Recently, we announced changes to our pricing model. We understand that these changes have raised concerns. We’ve heard and recognised your feedback about how we’ve shared this news so far, so we want to provide some more clarity here. 

We're updating our pricing to make it simpler, clearer, and fairer for everyone, based on feedback from our partners. This ensures all partners, no matter their size or how long they've been with us, get the best from Dext.

Here are some key points to note:

• The new pricing will be effective from your next renewal date on or after November 1st, 2023.
• For monthly contracts, new pricing will come in as of November 1st 2023
• For annual contracts, new pricing will come in following your next renewal after November 1st 2023
• The exact per-client pricing will vary based on the plan you choose, the number of clients you serve, and the contract duration. This flexibility ensures that we cater to the unique needs of every partner.
• The per-client-price will be the same for everyone within a region (subject to those variables above).
• You will be able to add clients in both bundles of 5, and as single additions - whatever works best for you.
• We're enhancing our offerings by improving default limits for the Bank Statement Extraction, Automatic Line Item Extraction, and Boost add-ons, and removing user limits for Practice Users, offering more value to you and your firm.

* The more clients a partner adds to their Dext Prepare account, the lower the per-client price 

Dext Solo is designed to support your self-employed and small landlord clients with digital record keeping. It may be a better fit for some of your clients, and has a lower price than Dext Prepare.

• Dext Solo is available in bundles of 5 clients
• An initial 5 client bundle is priced at £5 per client per month available as ACPM only
• Additional single clients can be added for £6.49 per client per month
• Dext Solo is available to existing Dext Prepare partners in the UK
