Sharon Francisco

Director & Entrepreneurial Bookkeeper at Sharon Francisco

Having owned, operated and exited her bookkeeping business, Sharon has lived the process she now teaches. All the methods she used to systemise and then scale her business to a firm of 12 bookkeepers were learned the hard way.  Finding high-end clients, developing a scalable recruitment system along with the training procedures to deliver reliable services were all learnt on the job.  Her approach resulted in a bookkeeping business with seven-figure revenues. This is why anything she talks about is super-practical and instantly able to be put into practice. She has taken her personal journey to becoming an Entrepreneurial Bookkeeper and built a templated program to assist other bookkeepers to do the same. Her passion is working towards an industry with empowered bookkeepers who can grow their businesses and bring a comprehensive service suite to the clients we all serve.
